Why me
I'm not a consultant who read about AI. I'm an operator who fixed his own businesses with it.
I build and run businesses across e-commerce, consumer goods, technology, and app development. Different industries, but the same trap every time: as each one grew, so did the pile of repetitive, low-value work. The reporting, the admin, the copy-and-paste that quietly swallows a founder's week.
So I fixed it where it hurt first, in my own companies. I found where the hours were really going, then handed the draining parts to AI, built properly and maintained properly. Week 1
I spend real time with you and your team, watching how the work actually moves, not how the org chart says it should. I'm looking for the repetitive, draining tasks that eat your week and quietly wear you down.
The diagnosis
Week 2
You get a clear, honest picture: where AI will save you time, where it won't, and the exact order we tackle things in. No vague advice. Specific tools, specific workflows, specific hours returned to your week.
The build
Weeks 3–6
I implement. Not a report handed over from a distance, but the real thing: automations built, tools set up, your team trained to use them. If something breaks, I fix it. The goal is working systems, not impressive slides.
Go live
Weeks 7–8
Everything is running and adopted, and you can feel the time coming back. This is the exact point where most AI projects quietly die: installed, then left to drift the moment something changes. So this is where we don't stop.
